Volunteering
Many hands make light work!
If you have skills around building, woodwork or horticulture we would love to hear from you but if you don’t feel you have any particular skills and just want to get stuck in and plant things, carry wood around, paint things or volunteer to help with the children groups and activities (DBS needed) then we will absolutely welcome you at the woods.
You can come alone, bring a buddy or even bring the kids. Something for everyone to do, refreshments all day and laughter around the campfire at the end of every volunteer session .
Young People can also use this as a volunteer option for Duke of Edinburgh or NCS or to build their CV’s
Volunteering provides many benefits to both mental and physical health.
